Burbara is a fast food concept that sells modern fusion shawarma. "Burbara" means "chatter" or "gibberish" in Arabic. We chose this name because a significant characteristic of Arabic food is its ability to bring people together and create a conversation. It also adds a humorous aspect which works well with the concept. We further developed this style by creating a mascot inspired by the levant characteristics, as well as the brand which was carried out on the packaging and other mediums.
