Hello Ibn El Jabal "Ibn El Jabal" translates to "son of the mountain" and it is a term inspired the mountains area of Lebanon. These areas represent Lebanese authentic roots with beautiful houses, farms and people. Ibn El Jabal is a Lebanese restaurant based in Kuwait with a focus on authenticity where everything is served fresh from their farms. We wanted to visualize the "son" in a nostalgic logo mark. In the illustrated logo, the boy sits on the edge of a cliff admiring the mountain region with trees and houses. Following through with the concept, we created sets of hand-made looking illustrations of visuals found in that region. It was great to research this as a friend of ours was on vacation there and helped us with some photos.
